ICAERUS Takes the Stage at Synergy Days

We are thrilled to announce that ICAERUS will participate in the upcoming Synergy Days Conference, held from October 4th to 5th, 2023, in Thessaloniki.

Synergy Days: where innovation is converging

SynergyDays Conference is a unique space created to unite our community, engage in robust debates, and exchange knowledge, and is poised to be an influential conference uniting the digital innovators of the European agri-food sector. It’s not just about presentations; it’s about immersive workshops hosted by various EU projects, in-depth technical sessions, networking opportunities, and interactive panels.

Unlocking the Power of Innovation

Our participation in this event is an opportunity to present our goals and engage with fellow innovators and stakeholders who share our passion for advancing agriculture, forestry, and rural communities.

As part of our engagement at Synergy Days, not only will we share the project’s objectives and significance to the EU drone landscape during a Synergy Project Pitching Session, but we will also have a booth showcasing the project’s case studies and open calls and provide an opportunity to discuss the project in detail with attendees. ICAERUS will also participate in three workshops:

EMERGING DRONE OPPORTUNITIES IN EUROPE: THE CASE FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMEN

Presenter: Stratos Arampatzis (Noosware)

This interactive workshop will dive into the drone market segments of the ICAERUS project’s use cases, which were selected to represent 5 of the most important sectoral and societal drone usage purposes including crop monitoring, drone spraying, livestock monitoring, forestry and biodiversity and rural logistics. The workshop will begin with a presentation of the key findings of an extensive market analysis including the potentially delineated markets of each use case and future opportunities substantiated by the statistical data that has been collected. Participants will then be able to join an interactive discussion surrounding emerging drone opportunities.

A SYNERGY FOR UNLOCKING THE POWER OF DRONES FOR SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING, AND GOVERNANCE

A dynamic workshop at Synergy Days where we bring together three innovative European projects to explore the transformative potential of drones in agriculture, environmental monitoring, and governance.

The workshop, entitled “A Synergy for Unlocking the Power of Drones for Sustainable Agriculture, Environmental Monitoring, and Governance”, brings together three pioneering European projects, CHAMELEON, ICAERUS and SPADE, to jointly present their groundbreaking work. This workshop will focus on highlighting their joint efforts in exploring and exploiting the full potential of drones in rural areas. Participants will gain insights into the innovative use cases spanning agriculture, forestry and rural communities and see how these projects are shaping the future of environmental monitoring and governance.
