We are asking you to participate in this survey under the title of “Understanding the Drone Market” as part of the European funded Horizon Europe Project “ICAERUS – Innovation and Capacity building in Agricultural Environmental and Rural UAV Services” led by a Consortium of organisations under the supervision of Dr. Spyros Fountas at the Agricultural University of Athens. The purpose of this project is to explore the potential of drones and strengthen capacities to reduce their risks, achieve better informed decision-making, enhance sustainability performance and competitiveness in agriculture, forestry and rural areas.

The objective of our survey is to conduct a thorough analysis of the European Drone Landscape by surveying, engaging and understanding the needs, interests and expectations of the relevant drone innovation actors. Therefore, we include all stakeholders in our model and try to characterise their goals, roles and needs.
